What are the Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality before and/or after-school program that complies with all NJ Office of Licensing and Child Care Division requirements
  • Supervise all on-site staff in a supportive and professionally developmental manner
  • Plan daily developmentally appropriate fun learning and engaging enrichment activities
  • Provide modeling, training, and continuous feedback to staff on positive behavior management strategies and activity facilitation
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are being adhered to on a daily basis
  • Order and maintain adequate program supplies and snacks to meet the needs of the program
  • Attend staff meetings, supervision, and professional development training

What are the educational qualifications needed to apply for this job?
