What are the Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu
- Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
- Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments
- Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
- Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
