Essential Job Duties:
- Fully manage each day’s appointment sessions
- Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
- Monitor session progress and backfill appointments as needed
- Identify additional support with other sites as needed
- Assist customers with completing forms, including expense claims, in line with COVID-19 guidelines
- Prepare and maintain rooms and equipment for customer and Health Care Practitioner use
- Complete daily checks to ensure all completed assessments have been closed and moved on to prevent delays in the customer journey
- Work with the Team Performance Lead to ensure sessions run smoothly and on time
- Communicate with external stakeholders such as GP surgeries, hospitals, interpreting services, and the Department of Work and Pensions
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing posts, including forwarding files to the correct AC
- Perform stop and searches for missing customer files
- Update records accurately using in-house computer systems
- Provide cover at other sites as needed
- Conduct daily tests of Solo Protect devices and panic alarms
- Arrange and set up additional equipment for Health Care Practitioners
Education and Experience Requirements:
- GCSE level or equivalent education, including Maths and English at grade C or above
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred but not required)
- Strong written English skills for correspondence and record keeping on referral management systems
