To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a desire to work in the early childhood education field. It is preferred, but not required, that you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification. All applicants for this position will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team at the Nuffy Bear Day Nursery to support the delivery of full day care, sessional care, and pre-school for children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Focus on providing high-quality care, education, health, and well-being for the children in our care
- Help children achieve the best possible start in life
- Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the nursery management team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting is preferred, but not required
- Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
