Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Administrator

  • Create and maintain systems for accurate recording and filing of various department data, publications, and records
  • Manage employee schedules and timesheets – Process payroll, shift trades, leave requests, overtime, internal transfers, travel requests, and expense reports
  • Scheduling, posting, and processing of Shift and Vacation bids
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventories
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Liaison with vendors to maintain relationships and communication

Who Can Apply For This Position

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the department at the Company
  • Successful track record of effectively and independently prioritizing multiple important tasks daily and implementing process improvements in order to facilitate the flow of information in a department in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • High proficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
