Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant

  • Office communication tasks (calls, emails, and other correspondence)
  • Complete travel, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements for company executives as assigned
  • Daily coordination of individual and group meetings, including lunch, calendaring, and transportation as needed
  • Ensure the executive office is properly stocked and represented
  • Will act as travel coordinator (training provided as necessary) for all air travel
  • Additional projects as assigned

  • Willing to learn and proactively seek solutions for improvement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Professional and personable in all interactions with various facets of people
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: 2 years of  Administrative Assistant or related experience
